BATTLE FOR BROOKLYN (2011) DOCUMENTARY

In December of 2003, the densest real estate development in US history was proposed in the heart of Brooklyn and one man has literally been stuck in the middle of it. With his apartment precariously sitting above center court of The New Jersey Nets’ proposed basketball arena, filmmakers Michael Galinsky and Suki Hawley have followed Daniel Goldstein for nearly a decade as he has fought for his home and his community against the exercise of eminent domain.

Directed by Michael Galinsky and Suki Hawley.
